San Sebastian Technology Park consists of 41 plots for housing business projects, with a total area of 238,671 square meters available for building.

26 from the 41 plots are occupied at present by universities, technology centres and businesses. The occupation rate is 68% (Dec. 2009).

The remaining 32% of free space comprises 15 lots, with a capacity of 79,754 square metres for housing all sorts of leading edge organizations.
